abe – advanced business events is entitled to use your personal information for the management of your registration and participation in Rolling Stock Days.

By registering on the Platform (used to arrange B2B meetings), you commit to providing accurate and truthful information about yourself. Providing false information is contrary to the Platform’s General Conditions and Terms of Use.

You have the right, at any time, to access and correct your data, in compliance with applicable regulations.

If you wish to modify your contact data, you may do so directly in your personal space on the Platform.

Registration to take part in an event

The participant must create an account and submit accurate contact details, including a valid email address used to validate registration. abe reserves the right to verify this information and to accept or reject a registration record if the information is insufficient, inappropriate, or knowingly inaccurate. abe may suspend a registration that does not comply with the General Conditions.

Identification items

Once validated, you receive identification credentials to access your personal space. These serve as proof of identity and are considered an electronic signature. You are solely responsible for their confidentiality and must inform abe promptly in case of loss or theft.
